Current Status of EHF Events:

All EHF Programs (including church services and Life Groups) are suspended until further notice and moved to social media platforms. Please check the Events Page often as to where to connect through social media.

What to do if you feel sick or become ill:

If you experience fever, cough or difficulty breathing stay home and contact a healthcare provider for guidance. If you need help getting medical care, call 311. NYC will provide care regardless of immigration status or ability to pay.

If your healthcare provider recommends staying home due to potential exposure or if you are diagnosed with the coronavirus, please contact EHF leadership at adminehf@eastharlemfellowship.org to explore potential resources and support.

Prevention to reduce your risk of infection:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when coughing or sneezing.

  • Ensure food is thoroughly cooked, including eggs and meats.

  • Seek medical assistance as soon as possible if you develop symptoms during or after travel, especially if the symptoms include fever, cough, and shortness of breath.

  • Stay home if you’re feeling sick, including fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
